What a magical little hidden gem in Eastern Tennessee! The rooms are perfectly appointed. The fridge is stocked for breakfast. The mattresses are comfortable. Everything is very clean. The property is bordered by a stream. Flowers are blooming everywhere in season. And most importantly, the hosts, Jim and Linnea, are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I always try to spend a night or two whenever I’m passing through the area. I always leave refreshed and just a little more grounded.

Jim and Linnaea are wonderful hosts. The room, grounds, location were more than I expected. It was serene, clean, and peaceful. My grandsons enjoyed the property. They played on the tree swing and watched lightning bugs and played basketball. My son, mom and daughter in law sat on the back deck relaxing and catching up with one another. We slept well on the bed, very comfortable. There was coffee, snacks and drinks and a fridge. Awesome to drink coffee on back deck and take in the sounds of nature in the morning. Shower had good water pressure. Location is ruffly 6 miles from downtown Jonesboro. Will rsvp again on our next visit.
